Contact form

The form collects your email and your message. The form is protected from automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses your IP address and browser signals without setting a cookie. Your request is emailed to N8Ninja through Brevo, which also sends you an acknowledgement. The website itself stores none of this data.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the requests you send us, and pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Retention: 3 years after our last exchange.

The N8Ninja app

The app connects directly to your n8n instances. Your server URLs and API keys are stored on your device and are never sent to WHITE WOOD TECH or to third-party servers. The app does not collect the content of your workflows, the data processed by your automations, your name, your email or your location. It contains no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Diagnostics (Sentry). To fix bugs, the app sends Sentry, hosted in the European Union (de.sentry.io), anonymous crash and error reports, performance measurements (for a share of sessions) and technical information (device model, system version, screen hierarchy when an error occurs). These reports contain no IP address, no screenshot, no server URL and no API key. They are attached to a random installation identifier, created on install and deleted on uninstall, which is neither a device identifier nor an advertising identifier. This data is not linked to your identity.

Feedback form (Notion). The free-text answers you type in the app's feedback form are stored in Notion, without your email. Please do not include personal data in them.

• Purposes: fixing bugs, improving stability and developing the app.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a reliable app.
• Retention: the period set out in Sentry's privacy policy for diagnostics; feedback answers are deleted once they are no longer useful to the app's development.

Audience measurement

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures traffic without cookies and without collecting identifying personal data. No consent banner is therefore needed.

Hosting and logs

The host, Cloudflare, Inc., processes technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) to keep the site secure and running.

Recipients and transfers outside the European Union

Your data is only intended for N8Ninja and its technical providers: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which delivers the form's emails from the European Union; the email provider behind the contact address; and Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and provides Turnstile; Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry), which receives the app's diagnostics in its European Union region; and Notion Labs, Inc., which hosts the app's feedback answers. Cloudflare, Sentry and Notion are based in the United States: transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The host's technical logs are kept for the period set out in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Email delivery logs are kept by Brevo for the period set out in its privacy policy.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is kept in your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to support@n8n-ninja.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr). Under French law, you may also give instructions on what should happen to your data after your death (article 85 of the Loi Informatique et Libertés).
